Xixia County  Xibeng Special Foundry Co., Ltd. is a casting professional enterprise with the fixed assets 200 million RMB,total area 55 thousand square meters and building area 25 thousand square meters.There are more than 700 employees in the company among which 150 are professional technical personnel.She can supply high strength nodular cast iron , vermicular cast iron and the annual production capability is 20,000 tons. She achieved her ISO/TS16949 Certification in Nov., 2004, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 in Nov. 2008. She can provide exhaust manifold , turbo charger , turbine housing , frame , flywheel, pressure plate , brake plate etc. for the following companies: Shanghai—Volkswagen , FAW—Volkswagen , Tianjin Xiali , Chery Company , Dong’an Power Company , Wuxi Diesel Company , Dalian Diesel Company , Yulin Company , Cummins , Foton Company , Mitsubishi , Germany LUK , Huachen Golden Cup , Fiat and IVECO which covers heavy , middle , light and mini 5 auto series . Especially the exhaust manifold with the material high nickel austenite nodular cast iron which was developed by ourselves was assessed a “High and New-technology Product” in Dec. ,2004 and “Excellent Golden Prize” by CCI in June 2008. |
